Samsung has unveiled a slew of new netbooks brandishing the new Intel Atom N450 processor, and a whole lot of battery life to go with it.

The N210 and N220 will deliver an impressive 12 hours, with the NB30 offering 11 hours, and the N150 keeping you working for an admirable 8.5 hours.

Key features for the netbook quartet include a 10.1-inch LED anti-reflective display, integrated Digital LiveCam for video conferencing or live messaging, and a mark and scratch-resistant durable casing for those suffering with a severe case of butterfingers.

The NB30 also incorporates "an innovative hard disk drive (HDD) freefall sensor, which protects data by automatically parking the HDD if it senses the netbook dropping." Top that off with a water-tight seal to prevent any damage from contact with up to 50cc of spilled water, and the NB30 is one tough netbook cookie.

There's no news on pricing for the time being, but we will no doubt be getting our hands on Samsung's latest netbook offerings and a host of other Intel Atom powered netbooks at CES later this week.
